As CEO of The Skopos Hospitality Group, Tom and his brother started the company in 2015 with one restaurant, Cowan’s Public, and have since opened The Barrow House, The Vanguard, and Franklin Social, with the 5th location, Gus’ Last Word, opening in May 2021.
